An objective of F.F is to distill many assorted thoughts and concepts into a set of ideas and techniques that will help us maximize our efforts, minimize pain and injuries, and live active, healthy lives.
The purpose of these entries is to explore the Foundational Methods, build upon these concepts, and introduce many more ideas, techniques, and topics along the way.
That is why I am here. This is my purpose.
To explore this knowledge with you, to learn and grow, and support our search for a happy, healthy, centered and balanced body and mind.
