Ideas that, when mindfully integrated, will keep our movements genuine and effective, reduce pain and injury, and allow us to get the most out of our exercise regimens, fitness routines, and daily ambitions as well.
This site is not about gimmicks or get-fit-quick schemes.

Here at F.F we will investigate ways to increase the safety and effectiveness of our movements and activities, keep our wellness routines energizing and uplifting, and explore ideas that can help us cultivate a body that is strong and centered, healthy, and balanced.

The ideas we will consider here are not new.
They are prevalent in martial arts systems and traditions, internal disciplines like Tai Chi and yoga, and holistic practices of many kinds.
While these ideas can sometimes seem difficult and somewhat ambitious, they are accessible through understanding and practice.
However, these concepts are frequently clouded in mystery, misinformation, or are just confusing.
At F.F we aim to move past the ambiguous and complicated, and introduce useful and realistic approaches that we can integrate into our fitness routines and daily activities.
Approaches that will keep our actions safe and healthy, our movements efficient and effective.
As I am fond of saying, everybody is different, and every body is different.
By exploring these ideas, we can discover how all this works -- for each of us.
